Access DH2 Prober는 두 지점 간의 인터페이스가 필요한 저용량 PCA 테스트에 가장 적합한 듀얼 헤드 Robotic Flying Probe 시스템입니다. Access DH는 랙 마운트 형 PC 및 기타 테스트 계측기 밑에 충분한 공간을 갖춘 자체 캐비닛을 의미합니다. Access DH2의 개방형 아키텍처 설계로 인해 다양한 프로브 테스트 방법을 사용하여 플라잉 프로브 기술을 활용할 수 있습니다.

Access DH2는 전통적인 Huntron Tracker 제품과 함께 사용할 수 있으며, 기존의 테스트 장비 (DMM, 오실로스코프, 스펙트럼 분석기 등) 또는 바운더리 스캔과 같은 특수 테스트 카드로 작업 할 수 있습니다. Access DH2 디자인은 수동 가이드 프로브 어플리케이션을 자동화하는 플러그 앤 플레이 방식을 허용합니다.
